Olixo Fase aims to provide a clear and reliable delivery experience. Please review our order processing times, shipping charges, and delivery information before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

Our standard order processing time is 1–2 business days.

Processing begins after an order has been successfully submitted and payment has been confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

Processing time is separate from the time required for the carrier to deliver your package.

Shipping Time

Our estimated shipping transit time is 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Transit time is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Based on our standard processing and transit estimates, delivery is generally expected within approximately 6–10 business days after an order is placed, excluding unexpected delays.

Shipping Fee

Our standard shipping fee is $6.85 per order.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed. If special shipping arrangements or other applicable charges apply, they will be disclosed during checkout.

Shipping Destinations

Available shipping destinations and delivery options are displayed during checkout. Please confirm that your address is eligible for delivery before submitting your order.

We currently use the shipping options made available through our order fulfillment and carrier arrangements. Availability may vary by destination.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address, including the recipient's name, street address, apartment or unit number where applicable, city, state, and ZIP code.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact info@olixofase.us as soon as possible. We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet entered shipment processing, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

Additional costs or delivery complications resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be outside our control and will be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be provided by email or through the relevant order notification.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to register the initial shipment scan. Tracking updates may not appear immediately after dispatch.

Delays and Delivery Issues

Although we work to meet our stated delivery estimates, delays can occur because of severe weather, carrier disruptions, address verification, customs procedures where applicable, or other unforeseen events.

If we become aware that an order cannot be shipped within the promised period, we will provide the required notice and any applicable options to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact info@olixofase.us with your order number so we can review the available tracking information and assist you.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing an item, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photographs or other supporting details.

We will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate next steps.
