30-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To begin a return, contact info@olixofase.us with your order number and the reason for your request. Please wait for return instructions before sending any item back.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a standard return, items should:

Be unused and in their original condition.
Be returned with original packaging, tags, and included accessories, where applicable.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or a valid order number.
Be shipped back in accordance with the return instructions provided by our customer support team.

Because our collection includes jewelry and artisan-inspired accessories, we recommend handling all items carefully and keeping them protected until you have decided whether to retain your purchase.

Items that have been worn, damaged through improper handling, altered, or returned incomplete may not qualify for a standard change-of-mind return, subject to applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have regarding defective, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied products.

How to Request a Return

Email info@olixofase.us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Provide photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
Package the item securely and send it to the authorized return address provided by our team.

Please do not send a return to an address other than the one confirmed by our customer support team.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns requested because of a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. We will review the circumstances and explain the appropriate resolution, including any return shipping arrangements for which we are responsible.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law or where otherwise agreed by Olixo Fase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, where possible. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after refund approval for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please contact info@olixofase.us to discuss the available options. Exchanges depend on product availability and may require you to return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item you purchased, please contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when possible.
